Our hex jam nuts are a true, solid 651 Silicon Bronze Alloy and comparable to our regular hex finish nuts but thinner. Two jam nuts are generally used at a time, and tightened against one another for a locking effect. Jam nuts are often also referred to as:

Need an anti-seize and thread protectant for these nuts? Don't forget to add on some Fair Wind Screw Lube.
