Refund policy
I want you to be happy with everything you've ordered, but if for some reason you're not, I'll gladly accept your return.
We have a 30-day return policy on all stocked items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping is unfortunately non-refundable, and custom made parts as well as special order parts are also non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The 30-day window Is from the date of delivery, to the date in which your return label is purchased. If we receive a return to our warehouse outside of that return window, product will not be re-sent to you.
To start a return, you can simply send the items back to us with your order number clearly marked inside the box so we know who to refund once we've received them. Alternatively, contact me at rob@fairwindfasteners.com. Once we have received your order and it looks complete we'll issue a refund ASAP.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. We keep things simple and don't issue exchange credits, instead we simply issue refunds to your payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if the return was requested within 30 days of receiving your items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
