Absolutely! We regularly ship fasteners worldwide!

We ship through either the United States Postal Service or UPS, and you'll be able to choose which you prefer during checkout. The United States Postal Service ships to roughly 180 countries, and UPS ships to roughly 220 countries.

That depends, but we keep it as cheap as possible!

We weigh every fastener that is for sale here and when you order the total order weight is calculated along with your shipping address and the shipping method you choose to figure out the shipping cost. We don't make any money on shipping charges, and don't charge any handling fees. In fact, we've joined a collective to bargain for the lowest shipping costs available and partially subsidize the shipping costs to keep them low for our customers.

During checkout you'll be able to choose your shipping method, and can choose anything from an inexpensive and slow method all the way up to next day air. 

We ship on the same or next business day, Monday to Friday. We can't guarantee same day shipping but if your item is ordered before 9am EST every day it will ship the same day without question. After 9am we'll still try to get it out on the same day, but may have to ship on the following business day. You'll receive tracking information sent to the e-mail you've provided as soon as your order ships. Sometimes the tracking e-mails will end up in a customer's spam or junk folder, so have a look there if you don't see one.

Fair Wind Fasteners accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

If you prefer, we will also accept a check or wire transfer, but may not ship your order until the check or wire clears our account. 

Fair Wind Fasteners does not accept payment on NET terms.

When your order ships you will receive tracking information sent to the e-mail that you provided during checkout. On some occasions that tracking e-mail will end up in your junk/spam folder so if you don't see it then have a search through those folders as it may have ended up there. 

If your order is missing, or you didn't receive tracking info, you can always get in touch and we'll get onto it straight away!

We understand that sometimes you have to get the right fit and may have to return some of the fasteners you've ordered. That's okay! We'll gladly accept your return.

In order to return your items please put them in a box, clearly mark your name and order number inside the box, and send them to:

Once we receive your return it will take 1-2 business days to process. We'll refund the payment method you originally used, minus the shipping costs.

We have a 30-day return policy on all items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping is unfortunately non-refundable. Our full return policy can be found here.
