I've created all of our store policies to be as customer-centric as possible. I don't stand behind a wall of legal-ese, but instead stand for a great customer experience and the best fasteners available on the market. The "fine print" is all linked below, but I want every customer to know that I'll do whatever it takes to make you happy with the transaction and the product.
