Shipped and arrived on time. I am currently cruising so this very important.
I like the fact that the shipping box reflected the size of the order and the parts were in paper envelopes. A-lot of the islands I have visited do not have facilities to handle plastic and all waste is buried.
Because I am doing repairs and upgrades while cruising I order most parts as I need them. Allowing small orders is very important.

Im in Alaska and it can be tough to find good fasteners. Thank you for being willing to ship to AK. Items showed up quickly and was a good match for mounting an old ship porthole to a wood frame.

Doing a cap/rub rail replacement on Morgan 382. Have purchased a couple hundred 316 SS fasteners as well as some teak bungs. No problem with the orders - in fact, they took a return/exchange even though the original/return purchase dates exceeded their policy of 30 days.
