I’m restoring an old sailboat that employed silicon bronze fasteners that I choose to replace. The fender washers help reinforce aged fiberglass in areas that are exposed to weather. The washers other fasteners are of high quality and add strength to the holes.
I ordered some silicon bronze nuts and washers...they are top quality, reasonably priced and were well packed in individual packets. Very satisfied.
