Bronze fasteners are hard to find locally. So I appreciate the online shopping convenience. Fast delivery. Bronze is expensive. Silicon bronze ingots are about 20$/ pound. So I know that I would spend $$$$.
The bolts looked fine. The 6’ 1/2 all tread was bend. Has a 1” S curve in it. Don’t know it I will have problem with that? Decided to keep it. Don’t know what I will do with the 3’ leftover I will get. Hope I can place the crooked parts in the scrap….

FWF really solved my problem. Silicon Bronze Threaded Rod used for replacing keel bolts (plus fender,standard & lock washers with heavy duty nuts) on my 1958 Picnic Cruiser worked great. So pleased I ordered more than I needed and plan to keep them!
