I placed an order for a mere 4 bronze lag screws and washers for a project, and, despite the minimal size of the order, Rob was incredibly attentive in filling it promptly. He also offered a wider variety of sizes in bronze than any other soiurce I could find, including the usual marine supply stores. And when it turned out the washers were the wrong size (my fault), Rob graciously sent me the correct size, in two variations, for free. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and his company.
These bronze washers were high quality, just as I was hoping.
excellent hardware, good website will always buy my specialty stuff from these folks.
Easy to work with, fast shipping, quality parts!
Excellent high quality silicon bronze products at great value!
It is such a relief to be able to have a source for fasteners composed of such really high quality materials and workmanship that are time proven and will last decades, like none other, even in the most severe and harsh environmental conditions. I appreciate having acquired the knowledge and appreciation over the years, for such special things when most of "todays" "experts" at almost all lumber and hardware stores dont know, but should know, what a tapered drill bit is or is used for or to be able to address my request for quarter-sawn or riff-cut lumber and who are unfortunatly unable to "read" the grain in a plank for best application for wedge-seam construction or even have the slightest idea what that is, and how and why it is done. Hahaha!
Thank you for your service!! You are all very much appreciated!
