A4 Stainless Steel DIN 582 Forged Lifting Eye Nuts

A solid lifting and tie-down point that threads onto any metric stud or bolt. These eye, or ring nuts are drop forged from A4 (316) stainless steel, so there are no welds to crack and no seams to rust. They hold up to salt spray, standing water, and years of neglect better than anything short of bronze.

The DIN 582 pattern has a wide, flat collar that seats firmly against the mounting surface and spreads the load. Threads are female metric, so you can turn an existing stud or through-bolt into a strong attachment point in seconds.

Why A4 stainless

A4 contains molybdenum, which gives it far better resistance to chloride pitting than standard A2 (304) stainless. In a marine environment that difference shows up fast.
